Sometimes a person will think that I need to show others that I have changed but deep inside he/she never did. It was a problem sometimes of others being forced to do something or being obligated to be one then being teased or being left behind of what he/she think would suit him. Though in the accord of a persons life sometimes there was a point wherein we never thought that we are actually sick and even our family cannot even see anything bad about you. Being sick does not mean only physical but also emotional or mental. There are great stars whom we never knew where they'd come from and what's their story then after a few moments they die. If only Karen Carpenter knew that she could have the strength to tell her family and be helped like his brother the story might not have ended like it did in 1980's. Digging deeper in a persons life means trying to accept the common thing local persons call TYPICAL. It's like something that a normal person would never thought to be a cause of death of someone. There is some point in some people's lives that he/she might have experienced something that we never know would have a great impact to a persons identity or on a persons self esteem. Yes we may never thought about it because there are really some kinds of people who tries to hide something and then they try to change themselves not for other people but for them. And in order to do that they try to get rid of the hindrance that's stopping them to what they are suppose to do and what they are suppose to have. Emotions of a person is the best medicine and the best poison as well.
Depression is a kind of mental illness that implements a very high and unsustainable amount of emotion. A lot of people die just because they try to hide it from everybody. They try to look good they try to be something and if they're alone that's the time they get back to that pitch black world where they fall and no one can save them but themselves alone.
Taking prescription drugs are sometimes good if it was prescribed by your doctor and only take the right dosage at the right hour. But then if we try to look at it other people who have some mental illness or having some emotional imbalance will have the highest chance of making it an addiction that would actually push them to the limit of life and come to death.
A simple thought, always have a trusted friend and tell him about how you feel or what was your life. That person may not have anything to say for the moment but for you as person who is telling the story, you will have the chance to breath out your depression and maybe you could also find someone who could understand you and love you.
